My DEI Fails!

Sometimes you have to fail a few times before you get something right... and the work surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is no exception. If you're anything like me you probably feel like you're getting it wrong more often than you're getting it right. But if you're like me, you may also believe that there are important lessons in those failures.

We don't stop doing the work just because it's hard.

I truly believe that one of the key components to any effective DEI effort is vulnerability. And what I mean by vulnerability is the willingness to learn, unlearn, ask questions and try... even if we F#$% it up sometimes.

Join me in my new years webinar to explore lessons in my own personal DEI fails. In this candid discussion we will:

  • Explore the importance of efforts around DEI...even when it feels like we're messing it up

  • Share in stories of failure... and the lessons that have come out of those experiences

  • Consider how we can do better as we continue to learn with and from one another
